Happy Easter

I'm not religious so its not a holiday I have ever celebrated.

Except sometimes I get those chocolate eggs at the store, with the filling.

I didn't even go outside yesterday.  The thing with the neighbor lady made me uncomfortable I guess.

Today I went out briefly, to feed the boys, then did about nothing the rest of the day.

Bored and isolated.  So the Amazon truck coming by, with cat wormer and furnace filters was a big huge happy deal to me.  It takes so little these days to get me excited.

Yes, I changed the furnace filter then.

Some cat photos at least......

Rogue on the right is having a little tiff out with Cougie.  Both Rogue and Cougie are quite old.  About 12 maybe.  But they're not as old as most of the cats still here.

The cats like the new cat shelving.  I do too, easy to clean.

Raindrop likes to perch on the rounded top of this cat hole.  Eventually though she starts to doze and her head droops.
There's nothing to see here and nothing really to say.

  1. Love your cat photos - and the new shelves look excellent for you both.

  5. How many cats do you have with you now? Are they all yours?

  6. You take such good care of these kitties. ~hugs~ I'm sorry you're bored and certainly understand that rude neighbor making you uncomfortable. Take care!

    1. Thanks Darla, not that easy, especially now that my vet clinic isn't doing dentals or much of anything but emergency care. But I can order flea treatment and wormer and get them in if they get sick. Rude judgemental neighbors are not fun. My yard looks just fine. I keep it mowed and mostly weed free. But that's not good enough apparently.

  7. I get chocolate Easter and Valentine candy, but I only buy it when it's half off. I'm finding it interesting to see how your moods have varied throughout the virus. I think much about posting about it, but decided to stick to my cat series, and besides, I would just end up ranting about Trump and various Republican governors anyway (for example, in Florida, church and pro-wrestling are labeled essential businesses, and on this day that deaths reached an all time high, Trump is calling for the "liberation" of Michigan, Minnesota, and Virginia, etc.) The only people I'm seeing are at the pharmacy, and I've only done that once, and I went to the outside window.

Sorry you were sick, but glad you bounced back.

    1. It was probably something I ate again, Snow. Yes, I have good days and bad days, under isolation. I'm bored and lonely for the most part, but hoping for better days. Not that easy to be alone to begin with then have this self isolation thing hit where I can't even get out to do my one thing, my volunteer job.
