A Lebanon woman found him, after three kittens were spotted by a kind Albany couple on Lochner road. This is the only one that could be found the next day. The grass seed fields are being harvested not four feet from the road. He was severely dehydrated and skin and bones. Some little kids are looking for the other two also. I will be too, but he also had gunked over eyes, although the Lebanon woman said they're clear this morning. The kittens are tame and were dumped by some asshole.
