The folks with 8 unfixed cats, two of whom were fixed today, also have five older kittens and an adult male I was going to get fixed. The adult male has been missing for awhile. Today, they found out what happened to him.
He was found by a neighbor a block away, nearly lifeless beneath a bush in their yard. He had a huge absess on his neck, from fighting. They took him in and to the vet, where his absess was drained and he was neutered. Now he is back home with his original owners. I won't have to get him neutered.
What wonderful neighbors this family has, what kind hearted good samaritans.
I am a Cat Woman. My self-appointed mission in life is to save the feline world! To accomplish this mission, I get cats fixed. Perhaps my mission might be slightly delusional. This blog is a mishmash of wishful thinking, rants, experiences as I remember them and of course, cat stories and cat photos. I have a nonprofit now, to help keep the cats here cared for and to fix community cats. Happy Cat Club formed in 2015. Currently, we are on a mission to fix 10,000 cats.
