I don't know how many millions the Oregon stimulus bill cost, but cuts are being made to the budget as we borrowed millions to stimulate the Oregon economy. So far, 16 jobs have been created. I'll try to curb my enthusiasm for the effectiveness of the spending gala!
Am I stimulated yet?
Heck yes. I'm tingling.
