DeleteI watched most of the clip until I became so frustrated at the stupidity. If they are human made dams, there could be an argument for turning them back to rivers. But clearly they have been there a long time and the environment, creatures and ecosystems have adapted. There seems to be much stupidity at high levels, and I wonder if those who argued for the water level reduction are happy with the result.
