Yesterday the FCCO fixed 99 cats. That's an amazing number of cats to fix in one day. Ten of them were from my county, which makes me proud. What didn't make me proud is that we had sixty some new Covid cases in our county reported yesterday. 30 more deaths from Covid yesterday reported in Oregon.
Six of those were a mom and her five teen kittens from rural Lebanon The mom showed up as a stray and the first they saw of her, she already had kittens. All six were fixed yesterday.
Then the Lacomb lady caught another up at that colony, the place where 22 cats/kittens already went to be fixed. He's a big tame boy named Oooh.

I accidentally released the gray boy last night, thinking it was the gray tabby fixed the day before, so I have no photo of him inside a trap, but he, the black boy, and another orange female were the junk shop cats who went to the FCCO yesterday.

DeleteThere are some really good cat photos. Yes, perhaps you need to rethink about driving where there can be congested traffic, even if it means you cat fixed count is a little lower. Better to do that than give up in frustration.
ReplyDeleteOr I'll just do the Sunday clinics, if I go to the Portland clinic. Traffic is far less congested on Sunday.
