Titus Neutered

Titus was neutered today, along with four girls from various places.

Titus is not a fun cat to host.  He yowled half the night and is starting up again.

Thank goodness tomorrow we say goodbye to Titus and he goes home.

I feel like a dope today, a person people use.   I'm tired of feeling that way.

A Salem group had wanted one of my spots for today, for a pregnant cat the man could pick up.  So I gave them one.  Then a day ago, the lady says they don't need it, they got their own spot but to call this man because he has a cat needing fixed.  The rescue lady not only left me voice messages, demanding I call the man, but texts and messages on facebook too.  I should have known.

It's a pregnant cat the man can pick up.  Probably she decided to just let me do the call she got.   Be nice if people were honest.  That was just one thing.

The cat round up didn't go so well.   I returned the torti and nobody was even there or if they were, nobody came out. 

I went early to the RV park yesterday morning.  They had claimed the night before they could easily trap a female, with older kittens.  I'd left them a trap and the means to do it.  But then they no longer communicated.  If they had or hadn't caught the girl, I had no idea.  I had to go clear up there to find out.  They hadn't bothered to set the trap at all.   They said "can't we just do it another day", and yet knew yesterday was the day, for over a week. 

I decided to sit there awhile and try my luck.  But the man who feeds the cats, who is non participant in helping catch them to be fixed, bugged me over and over.  He finally comes over and tells me how useless women are, that women should never be allowed to vote or go to school, etc, etc.  I'm staring at him, like wtf.  I'm sitting here catching cats he has bred and won't put out effort to catch, and all he wants to do is sell me on how useless the likes of my sex really are.  I wanted to slug him.

I finally caught a torti kitten nobody knew was there, in the brush.  I probably won't go back there.  If people are going to say they'll help, then not do it, well anyhow I've had it.

And the bullshit that man spewed about women.

Anyhow, Titus was neutered along with the little torti kitten, along with another KATA cat, an Albany girl and a Brownsville girl.
