This is the only girl of the three kittens, all gray and white long hairs.
I couldn't tell if what this boy kitten has on his nose might be ringworm, or a lot of scratches. I loaned them a rabbit hutch. At first they used it to tame the kittens, but they still go back in the cage at night. Several times, they've pushed out of that cage door, and I believe the male got rather scratched doing so. But, that nose looks suspicious to me and I told her so.
Male kitten plays peekaboo with me.
The second male kitten.

ReplyDeleteI did my twenty bucks at poppa today - hope it helps you.
Oh my gosh, you are a Poppa saint! I endow, or bequeth you, boy I don't even know the correct terminology. I knight thee a Stray Saint! How's that?
ReplyDeleteThose kittens are cute. They do plan to let them in and out, once fixed and older, which I cringe at. They would allow them to be rehomed, I think, but right now, they just love and adore them. They're already caring for about 14 outside strays, now all fixed, thankfully. In all, I rehomed four kittens, then they are taking care of these three inside. One teen has died, after being hit by a car, and the orange adult stray, who wandered in, was in liver failure from starvation, likely dumped on Scravel Hill. So they've lost two of the outside fed cats, while four of the kittens are gone for good, and these three are now tame and loved inside their home. If they let them out at all, it won't be until next summer.
The colony has numbered so far, of the cats I've trapped: 21, with two deaths and four rehomed outside the colony.
I made my Poppa donation also.
