Tonight, I thought I'd get home early, but the gray long hair escaped that the old man had in a trap when he tried to put him into a carrier in his garage. So we spent an hour hunting him down and I netted him finally. He has on an old flea collar that has grown too tight.
I ran into M when picking up the 2 cats. She seemed glad to see me. She was there with her sister and brother in laws' cat, one I took up to be fixed in Salem long ago as a stray they were feeding. I asked M why she hadn't returned any calls. She said she never checks her message machine.
Well anyhow, those streets out that way, lots of old rotting moldy falling apart trailers and yards that look like junkyards.
I am a Cat Woman. My self-appointed mission in life is to save the feline world! To accomplish this mission, I get cats fixed. Perhaps my mission might be slightly delusional. This blog is a mishmash of wishful thinking, rants, experiences as I remember them and of course, cat stories and cat photos. I have a nonprofit now, to help keep the cats here cared for and to fix community cats. Happy Cat Club formed in 2015. Currently, we are on a mission to fix 10,000 cats.
