Some of these folks are rescuers, taking in, fixing and adopting out stray kittens. Others are just shitheads. I've called all these ads, left messages at most, about the need to spay/neuter, offering help if they need it. Many of the people's kittens are all taken, which means, these kittens most likely will go on to become part of the problem. Most people do not realize the suffering and death they are part of, when they let their mother cat have kittens. Or, they just don't give a shit.
Call these people up. Urge them to be responsible and get their cats fixed. Stop killing kittens and cats, you people letting your cats have kittens, which is exactly what people are doing, who allow their cats to have kittens.
