I am a Cat Woman. My self-appointed mission in life is to save the feline world! To accomplish this mission, I get cats fixed. Perhaps my mission might be slightly delusional. This blog is a mishmash of wishful thinking, rants, experiences as I remember them and of course, cat stories and cat photos. I love cats.

Sage to Baltimore. But How?
Jeanne in Baltimore would like to adopt Sage. But how to get her there. Anyone out there who reads this, do you or somone you know travel, for business or pleasure, to the east coast?
Jody, you really need to get yourself a Facebook page and start connecting with other rescue/transport people. There are people out their who have "transport trains", drivers who take a pet and meet up with another driver who takes the pet on another leg of the journey and so on...until the pet is in their forever home. ~Donna in Wisconsin
I don't like Facebook and it is so darn time consuming. I used to be on it, wasn't helpful. It takes up so much time and contributed nothing in helping find cats homes. I am one person. I can't do it all alone and Facebook is heavy labor, and difficult for me to endure, seems stupid most of it, to me. I know lots of people love it. I don't.
I might be able to help a little with making contact for transporting if you're working on that. And I am usually up for driving an hour or two to help a kitty get home.
I am putting up a request on my facebook page. For what good it will do - but most of my facebook friends are huge animal lovers/owners who have their own rescue pets. So who knows? It can't hurt.
