Gloom and rain today. Really depressing weather situation.
Next three days I think we're supposed to get 3 to 4 inches of rain. That's way too much.
If you want my opinion.
But my Idaho brother tells me they really really need rain where he lives.
Please, take some of ours.
Anyway, I got shell shocked at the gas station this morning, with the extremely high cost per gallon of gas. It's been going up at rates I can't believe. I only bought four gallons.
P's latest war is the problem, the internet says. I wish someone would take away his war toys. And costs will likely get worse, as the cost of everything is tied to transport costs.
So I am hunkered in, at home, bound here by the weather coming in, and the high cost of doing anything or going anywhere. My cats will be sick of me soon. Ah, just complaining about nothing really.
Sun, I need you. Badly.

ReplyDeleteOmg, the price of gas has shot up just in the last week. It's terrifying, as everything else follows. Food too. I go to the grocery store and just kind of stare at things, in awe of the high prices. The good thing is bananas at the convenience store are usually 2 for $1, so its not like I will starve.
DeleteWe are getting inundated with rain. And we had a rare morning tornado watch today; they usually hit late in the day. We're still here, though. :D Hang in there, my dear.

DeleteI'm sure your cats are happy you're around. I would gladly trade weather with you. Sorry you've got the gloom. Just think thoughts of summer and paddling in your waterways. It'll be here before you know it.
