The Pair of Now Fixed Kitties

Zoe, whose owners thought was a "she" turned out to be a "he"

Gemma is very sweet and adorable, a little girl, now fixed too
Both kitties were fixed yesterday at Heartland Humane.  And are already back with their people, who I hope get a home of their own soon too.  Good luck Gemma and Zoe!

In other news, Susie Q and Little Simon, formerly of the berry vines in the county park, got a home together after being seen only one day at the Beaverton Petsmart, through Felines First Rescue.  Not bad, eh?  Good luck Susie and Simon!

Felines First Rescue specializes in adopting out bonded pairs.  I love that!

House panther Darkly is still waiting!

  1. Adopting out bonded pairs is a huge positive. Those bonds can be very, very strong.

  3. We adopted two bonded kittens together. In the beginning, they really needed each other. However, as they aged they became more independent.

    1. they're a good adoption group. And I hope I get my two carriers back from those people whose cats I got fixed. I had expected to get a call to arrange returning them before this, now I have to go track them down. People!
