They named him Orange Crush, but his new name is Pappy and he went home with another kitty he had become best friends with, in his time awaiting a home, at Animal Crackers.
Good luck to you, Pappy. And thank you again Heartland. Heartland has helped find homes for a string of males not only from this neighborhood, but the rabbit hoarders two boys and Checkers, a.k.a. Hoss, a stray tame boy fed over near Mega Foods.
Pappy, with his buddy, who was adopted with him. |
How lovely that both cats have homes at last.
ReplyDeleteIt was actually three, I was told, the people adopted, including Pappy.
DeleteHomes for them both, that's good...like ginger cats..
ReplyDeleteGinger cats are fun!
DeleteIt's so nice that they could be adopted together. Two of our cats were ones that they wanted adopted together. It was important in the beginning, but after a year or so they became very independent.
ReplyDeleteMany siblings are tightly bonded, especially teen brothers, if neutered, but later may drift apart.
DeleteHow lovely to read of a happy adoption.
ReplyDeleteI know, it was great news to receive!
