Just got a message from someone about an old woman in an Albany trailer park with hordes of cats. When I called the number, turns out the woman who called adopted two kittens from the old woman, had my number, and was so shocked by the situation, she called me and wanted me to help this old woman control it.
So I called the old woman up. Sure enough she has three females with litters who are almost 8 weeks old, one pregnant female, one feral female, and a female having kittens as we spoke on the phone. Plus there are four males, too, who need fixed.
Wow. Lucky me.
I am a Cat Woman. My self-appointed mission in life is to save the feline world! To accomplish this mission, I get cats fixed. Perhaps my mission might be slightly delusional. This blog is a mishmash of wishful thinking, rants, experiences as I remember them and of course, cat stories and cat photos. I have a nonprofit now, to help keep the cats here cared for and to fix community cats. Happy Cat Club formed in 2015. Currently, we are on a mission to fix 10,000 cats.
