My Faulty Skills

I fake it when it comes to possession of tech skills. Yesterday, determined to find homes for any of the multitude of rescued cats roaming my house, garage, garage room and contained cat yard currently, I sent out a newsletter to a specific group of cat lovers comprised of old friends who are mostly nonlocal, cat adoptors, other cat groups and well that's about it.

I messed up on so many levels with that e-mail. Yahoo would not allow me to send it out from an e-mail category list, claiming I was sending spam. This meant I felt the only other way to send it out must be to laboriously go through my address book and send the newsletter in several e-mails, so as not to make yahoo think I was sending spam. But in the detail of so doing, I got a link wrong and other things wrong.

Then I find out one link I sent out is sending people to some scam site or fake youtube site, instead of to my own youtube website. The link looks perfect to my youtube site if you look at it, but it doesn't take you there. INstead, if you click it, you go to this fake youtube scam type site, which I have now restricted access to on my browser. I'm kind of computer fed up right now.

I never did determine who is trapping cats in Albany. I did do a search on the phone number.

Anyhow, I just don't know who posted that on craigslist. Not much I can do about it but say a little prayer for the cats involved. I don't like cat haters and I don't negligant cat owners either. Craigslist has been hell lately, full of horrendous and evil posts from animal haters, full of breeders too, breaking craigslist rules and posting their bred puppies and cats. I am trying to stay off craigslist.
