Rollicking Sickfest!
I love it.
Use it in a sentence. The Rollicking Sickfest, formerly known as the U.S. economy could be, in some ways, likened to the 60's music fest Woodstock, minus the drugs and the music and the hippies. When you take away the drugs, music and the hippies, what is left of Woodstock? Cigarette butts, condoms (used), cops, wandering without purpose, and miscellaneous garbage. There you have a fairly accurate description of what is left of "The Rollicking Sickfest" (a.k.a. our economy).
The Exclusion Room. It's done!

How much is a Costco membership, Jody? We don't have one here so I have no clue, but a basic membership to Sam's is $40, cheap when we add up what we save on staples and cat food.
ReplyDeleteDonna in Wisconsin
I don't know the answer to that question, Donna, since they just added me to theirs and sent me the card. I only buy cat food there, and my eyeglasses, and was going to buy tires there. It isn't like I buy a lot of stuff there frequently, so I am still hoping to find someone I can go with locally, every now and then, to buy cat food.
ReplyDeletehey i like your exclusion room....a bit more concrete and some sandbags and youve got yourself a shelter when the nuclear explosion occurs at oregon state u........
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful exclusion room! A pair of earplugs and you're all set! (I use those cute pink ones -- you can even get a little jar of 50 for $4-5 at Savon) I need to use the earplugs to keep out assorted neighbor kids/kitty/other noises that stop me from concentrating.
