Craigslist Flaggers. What Idiots.

Craigslist is full of people with many issues, as is widely known. Many people use craigslist to buy and sell stolen items, even stolen animals. But the craiglist pets community is by and large a community of breeders, people who do not fix their pets and flag people who do, or, as I just did, try to post information about spay/neuter opportunities, like the Neuterscooter.

Craigslist does not allow those who deliberately breed animals for money or allow their pets to breed, to post, but unfortunately, those are the ones who now primarily post, and try to slip through. Why? Because underhanded selfish people don't care if they violate rules if they can get away with it.

Within seconds, the post about Neuterscooter clinics was flagged and removed. Why? Because of people with issues on craigslist. I hadn't tried posting on craigslist for a long time. This only confirms that it is a waste of time.

The post violated no craigslist rules. I could repost, but it would be flagged again. I've helped many people who post on craigslist get their cats fixed, at no cost to them. And, I know a lot of people, who feed feral colonies, whom I've trapped for fixing, cruise craigslist constantly.

Sure, it is disheartening, to know these jerks not only got free fixes, but are likely some of the ones flagging my posts because they're selfish, stupid and would never in a million years pay one cent to fix their own cats, so a low cost clinic is of no interest to them. They lack character, so they feel no sense of loyalty to the person who helped them solve their problem, by not flagging a post about low cost spay/neuter that they know comes from me.

But like I say, many people with severe issues are constantly on craigslist. There are good people too, who post rescued cats and rescued dogs, who frequent the site. By and large, I only cruise craigslist to find unfixed cats and kittens, to try to get them fixed and I've found scores by doing so. And met some nice people, too.
