Photos from the Colony

I have 8 more adults from the colony caught. That makes ten adults and 15 kittens so far. Still to catch: a white and black, a huge black tux, (shaggy), two all blacks, a long hair orange tux, several more flamepoints. I believe I've snagged all the kittens.

Two raccoons come out of the woods. The one in front I have nicknamed Earbite. Although, after closer examination of the photos, I see that there are two different raccoons with bites out of their right ear. One raccoon is larger than the other and the larger raccoon is the REAL earbite, with much more of his ear missing, in fact.

Big tough black cat saunters with attitude up the driveway.
Tabby comes for food. This cat is now in a trap and will be neutered tomorrow.
No Earbite, the raccoon.

The female Flamepoint, fixed yesterday, showing off her eartip.
Little Earbite, the raccoon.
The Real Earbite!

  3. Thank you Whitesocks. And Frodannah, I think Heartland is going to take in some of the kittens, if not all.
